*The registration fee includes sleeping accommodation at Romerike Peoples College, all meals from Sunday evening until Thursday noon, program and trip to Oslo.

When your payment is registered, you will get a mail from us confirming your reservation. Please contact us if you do not hear anything!
In case of cancellation before 20th of March 50% of the fee will be refunded. After that there is no refund. Since there is a limited amount of single bed rooms, please register early if you would make sure to have one!
IMPORTANT:
Accommodation for the Annual Meeting directly on the conference site is no longer possible. New registrates will be lodged at the nearby Quality Airport Hotel Gardrmoen Please DO NOT book hotel room on your own, but register through our web site to get our prices.
PLEASE NOTE that this means a considerably increase in fee. On the other hand you will be lodged in a hotel with considerably higher standard than the rooms at the Peoples College.
The new prices are:
- Lodging in double room: NOK 4.100,- (fee for AM) plus hotel from Sunday 10th to Thursday 14th: NOK: 1.560,- (per person in a double room). = Total Norwegian Kroner 5.660,- (approx 750 Euro)
- For accompanying persons NOT attending the AM: Total NOK: 5.200,- (approx. 690 Euro).
- For lodging in single room NOK 4.340,- (fee for AM) plus hotel room from Sunday 10th to Thursday 14th: NOK 2.700,- = Total Norwegian Kroner 7.040,- (approx 935 Euro).
- For accompanying persons NOT attending the AM: NOK 6575,- (approx. 870 Euro)
The total fee for attendants includes Annual Meeting program, workshops, breakfast at the hotel, dinner and evening meal at the conference site and arranged tour and boat trip in Oslo.
